Sarah began practicing yoga in 2002 to help manage stress from her career and deal with migraines. She fell in love with Vinyasa style yoga and the mental and physical benefits it provided. She left classes with a clearer mind and learned to live more in the moment. With a career as an elementary school teacher, Sarah began to pursue a new path of teaching in yoga. She wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. Sarah is working on becoming registered with Yoga Alliance. She has completed four levels of training through YogaFit and has attended workshops with Rolf Gates, Chad Satlow, and Katherine Lucas, and Meg Galarza. |
