  • New to Yoga or just returning?

You are in good hands with us.  Everyone can practice yoga, if you can breathe you can do yoga.  Start with our YogaBasics class, no experience is required. This hatha yoga class will focus on the correct positioning of basic yoga postures within one's own body. Using props to increase the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on the breath.

  • The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” in yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. With a strong focus on alignment, classes build from simple to complex movements.

Looking to deepen your practice beyond the Yoga Basics?

Our Vinyasa Flow - Level 1-2 class is the perfect choice. This class is suitable for beginners but also offers a challenge for those who want to grow in their practice.

In this class, students will coordinate movement with breath, flowing from one pose to the next with a strong emphasis on alignment. The sequences build gradually, moving from simple to more complex movements, allowing you to explore new poses and improve your strength and flexibility.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your skills, this class provides a balanced and accessible way to progress in your practice.

What is our most Advanced Class?

Our most advanced offering, Vinyasa Flow - Mixed Level, is designed for experienced practitioners looking to build strength, heat, and push their practice to the next level. This class is not suitable for beginners.

In this dynamic and challenging class, students will coordinate movement with breath, flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next. With a strong emphasis on alignment, each session builds progressively from simple to complex movements, culminating in opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions.

Expect to work hard, sweat, and leave feeling stronger and more empowered in your practice.

  • Really want to sweat?

We’ve got you covered! Our Hot Flow Yoga class is a vigorous vinyasa flow practiced in a room heated to around 98+ degrees with 40% humidity. The heat transforms your practice into a cardio-intensive workout, making it ideal for those looking to sweat and challenge their endurance. Due to the intensity, this class is not recommended for beginners or pregnant students. Please bring your own yoga mat and towel, as you’ll be working up a serious sweat. Be sure to hydrate well before and after class.

  • Hot Slow Flow is a slower-paced, level 1-2 class that features longer holds and allows ample time to breathe deeply and observe your own experience, all while the body has the opportunity to soak up the extra heat generated in the environment. Stepping onto your mat signifies that you are open to transformation and growth. It is important to remember that change begins with awareness and focused attention, creating a pathway for deeper understanding and personal awakening.

  • Restorative Yoga aims to facilitate deep relaxation and health by using props to create positions of ease and comfort. It is a practice for people of all ages, with different levels of yoga experience, and in different states of health. One will experience immediate calmness and a peaceful mind.

  • Our Hatha Yoga classes are a slower-paced, alignment-focused yoga practice. Teaching basic yoga postures, pranayama, and meditations. Modifications, as well as advanced stages of the poses, will be introduced.

  • Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

  • The gentle yoga class is perfect for anyone. Using the Unified Body Method, this class is both a preventative practice and a healing modality. It is based on specific floor sequences of movement that assist in developing subtle awareness of the balance between body, breath, and mind. This class is done completely on your back. All levels are welcome.

  • Yoga Sculpt is a modern form of yoga that combines Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, cardio, and core work. This class uses weights to strengthen the practice while helping tone and shape the body. You will burn calories, build stamina, and increase strength and flexibility. This class is not only a challenge for the body but also for the mind.
