Catherine Murray
I was introduced to yoga in 2002 to help strengthen my back and core due to back pain. After finding the wonderful benefits of Vinyasa style, I let yoga into my life and started practicing regularly . In 2005, I became a certified yoga instructor and began teaching Vinyasa style with an emphasis on alignment and having fun. I love teaching private one on one sessions and group classes. My public classes offer diversity for all ages, levels and experience. I also enjoy working with young athletes and have specialized classes for high school cross country and gymnastics teams. My hope is that my students can bring the many benefits of yoga into their own lives, both on the physical and mental level.
