Kristen Wojahn

Kristen began practicing yoga in 2005, when she was first drawn to yoga as another path to movement having grown up a dancer; and quickly discovered the many benefits of the practice both on and off the mat. She leads well-rounded Vinyasa classes that are accessible for students of all levels, giving them an opportunity to connect with themselves and gain flexibility and strength at their own pace. Her hope is to allow students to step onto their mat, let go of their expectations and reach their full potential. Kristen’s personal yoga practice includes Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and she completed her RYT-200 hr Teaching Certification under Meg Galarza at YogaOne Studio.
