I have been practicing yoga since 2016. I completed my 200 YTT in 2021 and began teaching shortly after. I first came to yoga for the physical benefits and soon realized there was so much more. The practice of synching breath with movement helped me become more self-aware and quiet my mind. I believe yoga should be non-competitive, focused on mindfulness, and a place where someone can become the healthiest, most fulfilled versions of themselves.
