Amy began her Yogic journey over 20 years ago and fell in love instantly with the practice and the community. Since then, yoga has become a practice of self-awareness, physical challenge, and a place of peace. Yoga has brought a sense of calm to her life through the connection of body, mind, and spirit. Yoga has transformed the way she feels physically, mentally, and energetically. Amy believes that yoga is an endless path of self-discovery and transformation and recognizes that each one of us has our own unique story that brings us to the present moment. Starting from this place, she strives to lead students on a journey of awareness by creating a space to explore asana and pranayama. Amy teaches a dynamic flow that allows students to challenge themselves physically and mentally on their mat in hopes that spills into life off their mat.
