Haley Grebe
Haley became a yoga student in 1997 and found the physical benefits of a Yang style of practice. In 2015 she started taking a wide variety of classes at Yoga One. She completed the 200-hour YTT Led by Meg Galarza who truly embodies the concept of living your yoga. Yin yoga aided the discovery of true emotional well-being. Haley's personal and work life centers around individuals who have special needs. She believes that yoga has tremendous emotional and physical benefits, and it should be accessible to individuals who have a wide variety of needs.
