I started yoga in 2004 to relieve lower back pain. What I love about yoga is that if you let it, it will always meet you just where you are. Sharing in a yoga practice is a special way of connecting and giving back. I'm excited to create a space where we can all share in the breath as we lean into our own practice. I keep things simple - simple can be so effective! Come breathe and move with me!
